problem setting up ftp on 2003

before i went on to setup my ftp server just to grap some files here and there out side my network. it work fine when i tick allow anonymous connections and allow only anonymous connections check box , the problem is i went into it and then selected administartor

after that every thing went down hill i now can't even logon as anonymous user.

what i want to do is create a secure ftp site that only i can access via my network logon name and password.


can some one help me i don't mind people logging in remotely to show me where i went wrong

or give me some insturctions.
