Mail utilities

Hi Gang

Does any one on here use this as a e-mail notifier. I have tried to use it but there is some thing in the setup that I am not doing right, and I would like to compare notes you might say. It is called "mailutilities". I have e-mailed their support but am not getting any replies. Or does any one know of a good e-mail notifier that works.? I am with Yahoo mail, and I don't want to use their messenger device, this is required to get the audible/visual e-mail notices.
