Unhappy Asus' web site...

I've now reached the point where I can't download any pdf from that site, like a copy of the manual, no matter what English server I use ( I did get the complete manual in Mandarin but you see the problem with that.).
What's going on here?
AcrobatReader is fine everywhere else, I mean it's fast and causes none of the problems people usually complain about but on the Asus site any attempt to download a pdf will cause the computer to freeze and I will have to ctrl-alt-del to get out of it.
The odd thing is that the download always starts correctly before the freeze kicks in and sometimes it continues for the whole pdf but that's was random at the best of times and now, as I said, it won't work for the english version of any manual.
If anyone else has had problems with that site, or similar problems with another site, and knows a work around please tell me.

Send a message via MSN to doctorgonzo
It was quite slow but I was able to successfully download the manual for the A8N-SLI motherboard.

I've always have had trouble with their site... for years. It works great sometimes, and then it chokes for no apparent reason. The only thing that *seems* to work for me is to switch your region. If the America's is giving you trouble, try Global, then United Kingdom.

I agree that the problem is on ASUS's end. Some days you can download a PDF manual in nothing flat, other days, like yesterday it takes forever and hangs repeatedly.

Okay I'll try switching regions.
This is beyond annoying though.
A premier tech company that can't manage a web site?

Many versions of Acrobat have problems with opening a pdf within a browser. I would right-click it and save it to your HD before opening.

Asus web site is an entirely different matter. It seems like when you really need a driver or a manual that it is nearly impossible to get it. This has been going on for years.
