why dslreports.com ip address different?

just curious, i go to dslreports.com and the ip address for my internet is different than the one reported in my local area connection status window. I am currently behind a wired router (linksys WRT54G). is this why? should i be concerned? thansk.

One is the internal IP address of your computer. The other is the extrernal IP address that your ISP assigns you. That is the way that it should be and nothing to be concerned with.
