Bringing up an old topic. Just found this web board, tons of great info.
Question? I just installed a Kyocera KPC 650 wireless card on my laptop. Ever since the install I get the same 0x800CCC79 can't send to recieptient error message, would the air card have changed the settings anywhere? |

Synner, welcome to PCMech. I have moved your post into it's own thread for more visibility.
Changing the network card shouldn't cause the relay error. You might look through the Microsoft KB to see if anything there helps. It could be that you have a setting incorrect or a firewall issue. Do you have Norton Internet Security installed?

Are you using the wireless card to connect to a different ISP than you were using with its previous connection?
