How can I activate the downloads in IE? Every time I try to download my bank statements into M$ Money I get the message that IE prevented the download from happening to s'posedly protect my computer. I can't download the info to Money!
TIA for any useful input.

Are you getting a narrow bar across the top of the screen?
If so click on that to allow the download.

I do, but nothing downloads to Money. I want to disable that thing completely, so I don't have to OK downloads every time.

I think most of the stuff that has to do with that bar across the top involves allowing Active X components to do their thing. Have you tried going into IE's Internet Options and under the Security tab selecting the Custom Level, and enabling some of the Active X download options?
