outlook 2000
I use outlook 2000 and the format is screwed up when the gets it. It looks like the following:
I just wanted to remind you that I have to go out Mon. and Wed. nights 6-10 until mid Nov. I think I was selling myself a little short on a salary range but it would be $##,### - $##,###. Why does it do that and what can I do to fix this please? TIA |

My guess is that the sender used a font that you don't have on your computer. If that's the case, only thing you can do is ask them to resend the mail and use plain text.
