Help with the presearches under the search bar
hi
When I go and search for something ,like at google.com, the little box with all my previous searches are under it and it matches my letters blah blah blah. Im sure you know what this is. I want to get rid of it, and if you know how I would really like to know. Thanks in advance! |

Depends on your browser .. for Firefox go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Saved Forms > Clear Saved Form Private Data. Or you can use the Tools > Clear Private Data option (shortcut CTRL+SHFT+DEL)
For IE it's Tools > Internet Options > Content > Personal Information : Autocomplete > Clear Forms. For both IE & FF you can remove individual entries from that drop down list by keeping your mouse on the entry you wish to remove and press SHIFT+DEL for FF and DEL for IE. If you leave your mouse there and keep the respective buttons pressed it will delete everything sequentially. |

The autocomplete entries can also be cleared using CCleaner.
