Blocking junk e-mail im MS Outlook 2003

My OS is MS Windows XP home. I am using MS Outlook 2003 for my e-mail. I would like to know how I can block ALL e-mail messages except about 10 e-mail addresses. I assume I can place the safe e-mail addresses somewhere in Outlook - but where?

Please help!!! How can I accomplish this???

I have been getting an enormous amount of junk e-mail messages. I have created rules and placed the unwanted e-mail messages in my junk e-mail folder. However, I'm still getting 40 tp 50 junk e-mails per day!!! I can't keep up with this!!!

Again, how can I block ALL e-mails and allow a small list of safe e-mails to come into my inbox???

Please help!!!

Outlook has a white list and you can set it for "Safe Senders" only.
Anything else will be trashed.
