Download Issue

Just recently everything I download is a corrupted file that won't install. This was never a problem until about 3 days ago. now every single thing I download doesn't download properly.

First thing I'd suspect is malware. Have you done any malware scans with updated scanners yet?

Malware is a catchall term for viruses, spyware, trojans, and other assorted baddies.
The first two things you need to do are make sure your firewall is always on and that you have an active antivirus scanner running at all times.
AVG free will be fine for the antivirus.
Install it and run a full scan and let it fix everything it finds.
Then get the following programs:
Run all of those except hijack this and let them fix what they find.
Then run the online scan at Trendmicro.
If you can't get good downloads of the programs, try the Trendmicro online scan first.
If you still can't get clean downloads, get them on another computer and use a disk to move the installers to the problem machine.
Try updating the programs before you run the scans.
Finally run hijackthis and post the log back here and someone will tell you what to do next.
See this thread for more information.

nothing is working Im downloading. I am going to try and transfer from another computer to mine next. Just the whole web surfing is even bad. about 1 in every 3 pages comes up with the page not found screen then I just push refresh and it pops up either fine or half of it is missing.
