Suddenly unable to access my hotmail account.....or any hotmail page
Using Netscape 4.76. Emptied the cache, and the memory. Everytime I try, first the notice that I am accessing a secure document....then when I click o.k. a notice comes up saying document contains no data, try again later, or contact server.
This has been going on for the past few days.......and I have NeVER had a problem in the past. So I activated Explorer, and got there w/no problem. Went back to Netscape, thinking perhaps my bookmark had become corrupted or something. Used various search engines (alta Vista, Jeeves, Lycos) to search for Hotmail.com.....and when it found the sites, clicked on them. Same thing. Is something going on with Netscape and Hotmail? Can't be my compputer or server as I can get there with IE. I really do not care for IE.....so ........ any suggestions? And yes, I have accept all cookies enabled. Thanx for any help. |

I just tried hotmail with the same browser and version that you have been trying and got in without any trouble. I have no idea why you are having problems. At least you know it is not the browser.
