FireFox: Unresponsive Script
i'm running a fantasy football website which updates every 30 seconds or so and i constantly get the following popup:
Warning: Unresponsive Script and either I can click Cancel Script or Continue. I've been reading up on this and have modified the About:Config file to up the interval time for the pop-up but that doesn't seem to work either. Any other suggestions as to what I can do to get rid of this annoying pop-up? Thanks! |

unfortunately the only site it does it on is one that requires a password of mine. the good news is that i seemed to have solved it by setting the modifier to 30.
so if anyone has this problem do the following (at least this worked for me) type about:config in the browser go to dom.max_script_run_time and modify the integer to 30 (i just arbitrarily chose that setting) i believe the default is 10. hope this works for anyone with this problem! |
