m3u download !
Whan I play M3U music It wouldn't come to temp internet folder, How I can convert m3u files to mp3.

M3U is just a playlist, it's not the music itself.

You can't!
As glc said it is only a playlist...all it does is point to some MP3's sorted elsewhere on your system, or a an internet stream! You will need to get a copy of the MP3 files themselves (legally).

But when I listen music from net using my PC, first that mp3 file supposed to be in my temp Int. folder, Is the correct or not?

Not if the streaming server is set up to prevent you from ripping the tracks.
