e-mail
when i open e-mail in outlook ex windows media player comes up and says it cant open the mail

EVERY piece of e-mail? Send yourself a plain text e-mail and try to open it.

What exact type of attachment? Does it show a file extension? Have you tried saving the attachment - THEN opening it?

sometimes when i save it i can open it most of the time it tries to go to windows media player and wont open didnt not see any file type
