Cookie?

I use a Firefox add on called StumbleUpon to look at websites which interest me. Almost every new website I go to wants to set a cookie....and sometimes up to 4 cookies or more. I always say "no" unless they have a real good reason to obtain my personal information. Yes, I realize that cookies are not necessarily a bad thing.

Is there a program that automatically tells these websites that the answer is "no"? ..without having to click on the no button each and every time?

You could go to the privacy options and set it to deny all cookies. Or you could install something like : https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2497/ to easily control cookie acceptance / denial.

Set the Exceptions in the Privacy Options under Cookies. Tell it to block all, but enter in the few you will let it accept (PCM, Gmail, etc).

I use CookieWall to block certain cookies from websites I don't want a cookie from. That way the sites I visit often that need cookies enabled are accessible without me having to go into Tools to enable cookies.
