Problems with IE7 Installations

A couple things happened after installing IE7 that I'd like reversed:

1. Everytime I reboot the language bar is on by the task tray, even if I turn it off.

2. I see that "ClearType" text in a lot of my applications like Outlook. I told IE7 to not use it during the installation, but it felt it deserved to change my settings anyway, in other programs.

Any ideas? Thanks.

1) Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options-> Languages tab -> Details -> Language Bar -> uncheck appropriate box

2) Clear type is a system wide change as far as I know, and not application specific. To turn it off, right click the desktop -> Properties -> Appearance tab -> Effects -> change change Clear Type to Standard, hit apply.
