What are the mechanics of uninstalling IE 6 (in W2K), such that you can save your bookmarks and other critical files, to restore upon a new IE 6 installation?
Thanks for any feedback. |

Your bookmarks are in the Favorites folder in C:\Documents and Settings\username\. Just save that folder and move it to whatever computer you want.

If you uninstall IE6, it reverts to IE5 - and does not touch your Favorites folder.
