Video Freezes on net

When watching any videos on the web the video usually freezes on me and it is a problem.. I first thought it was maybe a video card problem, but I can watch a dvd on my pc without any issues.. Any suggestions build is in my sig thanks andy Merry Xmass...

Can you watch the same format movies if they are available offline in the respective player or in a different browser?
It might simply be that you need to uninstall then reinstall the browser plugins.

Clear the browser cache, may be full.
