I can listen to my friend when I use Dialpad.com, but he can not listen to me. Windows 95 shows the warning "half duplex card sound". How may I solve it?

Buy and install a full duplex sound card.

Agreed. However, your present sound card *may* be full duplex capable and just needs a new driver or a setting changed.
