I have many servers.

Shoutcast/IRC:
PIII 1Ghz
512MB RAM
40GB HD
Debian Sarge 3.1
Apache/PHP/Perl/Python/MySQL/PostgreSQL/VHCS control panel
in a datacenter connected via 100mbs connection with 500GB Bandwidth monthly

Heavy lifting hosting server:
Quad Xeon 2x3Ghz processors (Dual Core)
4GB RAM
2x500GB SATA drives
CentOS 4.1
Apache/PHP/Perl/Python/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Cpanel X with Fantastico and WHM
in a detacenter with a 100mbs unmetered connection (33TB monthly bandwidth)

General purpose server:
Pentium 4 2.4Ghz (533 buss version)
1GB RAM
80GB HD
CentOS 4.1
Apache/PHP/Perl/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Cpanel X with Fantastico and WHM
in a datacenter with a 20mbs unmetered connection (about 6.6TB monthly bandwidth)

Home Test Server (my little test rig here at home):
PIII 500E processor overclocked to 753Mhz
512MB RAM
30GB HD plus 8GB HD
Debian Sarge 3.1
Apache/PHP/Perl/MySQL/PostgreSQL/VHCS control panel and Webmin interface with Usermin module
home connection, Bellsouth FastAccess DSL 1.5 down 256 up. Since its on LAN though and used only for that for the most part (unless accessed with www.everythinganime.no-ip.info) then it could count as 100mbs unmetered :P.
