IE security

A user at one of my client's offices set internet viewing restrictions on sites and locked it with a password. I remember reading here that there is a work-around, can anybody refresh my memory on this?? The other people are unable to access needed sites now.

Thanks Kento, that's what I was looking for, glc, I didn't expect someone to answer in the forums as I know this is a sensitive subject, I was expecting an e-mail, my apologies for any trouble I may have caused.
