IE Odd Behaviour

Ok will try to explain this as clearly as possible. Have IE 7 with MSN browser with my verizon internet service. Works fine no issues everything ducky. When I hit a link in an email, forum message or other items I usually get a Internet Explorer with a google search bar which is differnt from the MSN browser. Well when it upgraded to 7 when I click on a link it tries to open that other browser but it hangs, I get a blank white rectangle that never gets anything in it. I have to reboot to get rid of it. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

I'd uninstall IE7 and revert back to IE6. Check for MSN updates. Just because MSN is part of Microsoft doesn't necessarily mean the 2 sides of the house talk to each other.
