Opera Tabs Question
Hi Guys,
When i'm using Opera, and hit Ctrl+T to open a new tab, is there a way to have the new tab simply open up to a page (such as Google) without having to select from the "Home, Bookmarks, Top Ten" options list? |

Found an answer on the Opera forums: (just in case anyone else was wondering)
Basically, you have to edit the CTRL+T option in the menu: To add new keyboard shortcut CTRL + F12 ⇒ Advanced ⇒ Shortcuts ⇒ Keyboard setup ⇒[SELECT] Copy of Opera Standard (If you don't have Copy of Opera Standard then [SELECT] Opera Standard ⇒ Duplicate)⇒ Edit... ⇒[SELECT] Section (Example Application) ⇒ New... ⇒ Enter your shortcut in Input context and shortcuts box and your action in Actions box Change action of CTRL+T to New page & Go to page, "http://www.google.com" That did the trick for me. |
