ADSL Problems maybe
I'm connected to ADSL. My provider is giving my 512kbs(download service, but they say that I'm only connecting at 96kb/s. Of course they speak Japanese and I just struggle with it. How can this be? Also, is there a website where I can test this? Any suggestions to improve this performance? Is it most likely a phone company line problem or could it be as simple as too long of a LAN cable?

ok, here it is. 53 kps. Should be 512kps. What gives? ISP says we are too far from something?
