Online chat and phone conference room

Hi,
I am in need of an online conferencing facility so that I, in the UK, and my 3 colleagues, in the USA and Singapore, can 'meet' and chat with IP Phone and chat.

I have used these online conference rooms before but never had to source one and I don't know where to start - Of course, I am looking for either a free service or something I could, perhaps, install onto one of my domains (hostgator).

If anyone can make suggestions about resources they know or have used or where I might at least reserch this then I would be pleased to read your post.

We are each using a Windows desktop environement, XP, and IE/Firefox browsers (if that has any effect upon the suggestions).

We will only need the facility for a few conferences over the coming 30 days so it can be temporary or makeshift - it is not a fulltime or ongoing necessity at present.

If there are only 4 of you, you could probably do this with Skype.
