Download Managers
Well, my internet is fast enough but very unreliable so I would like to have some program which can remember where a download was before I got disconnected or something. I know they exist but they all seem spyware-y and such like. Can you recommend any free spy and adware-free programs? My friend uses Download Accelerator Plus and seems happy with it but i've heard things such as uninstalling gremlins. Thanks in advance.

Opera and Firefox both have decent download managers built in.
