Question Internet Explorer

Why when I am using AIM do I get this script that comes out of nowhere that says the following?:
This page has an unspecified potential security risk. Would you like to continue? Options are Yes and No.
I have clicked yes several times, as well as no, and I keep getting the same message.
I have Internet Explorer 7.0 installed....but never use it because my default browser is Mozilla Firefox.
