Free ISP's
The possibility of layoff knocks my door after the WTC tragedy. Who is offering free ISP's, if anybody? Thanks.

The real freebies are gone. Too bad. They actually provided decent service. After I got the hang of them (in the heyday), I would use certain ones at certain times.
If you got some gumption, you can make the rounds with the introductory offers. Just use an online e-mail account! |

What about gd paid ISPs?
Juno's computational software download and PC use is scary. Netzero doesn't appear as an option since its is joining juno to become United Online??? Really they are more Marketing Research Company's than ISPs at the user's expense. Checkout www.ispworld.com and look for isps w/1800 contact/support and local access numbers for your area. I found two that are reasonably priced www.AMGU.com and www.aaccessusa.com for under $15. for personal use such ISPs are fine if you don't mind setting-up your own dialup connection, which can be fun. Post the progress of your results and you don't have to keep feeding the www.msn.fatcows
There are tons of ISP services out there.
