I have reformatted my hard drive and am still subscribing to btsurftime but I have lost my connection to off peak freeserve time. How do I regain it?

if i remember my signup, don't you download that 'freeserve.exe' to modify you dial up settings? I think i found the link from 'http://www.freeserve.com/time', or something like that.
