how to build ftp link?

Hi there,

I can build an ftp link so far. However, when downloading it, the IE box says "estimated download time: unknown" and the progress bar stays empty.

How can I make the ftp link that way that IE knows the estimated download time?

Any help is highly appreciated. TIA

I don't think this has anything to do with the code - I believe that it's dependent on what FTP server software you are using.

Indeed. The if the ftp server does not broadcast the file size, the time left can not be estimated.
