Question

When editing a Link using frontpage express, how can i get the link to open in a new window, with no menubar ?

I have managed to get the link to open in a new window, by typing a name in the "Target Frame" field. How do I get rid of the menu bar ?

Do I need to type something else as well, or do I need to type something in the Extended window ?

You need to use JavaScript to do that.
Find out how by going here

The one called 'Popup Window Generator' will do what you want.

Cheers Rick. I was trying to avoid using anything other than HTML, but if you want anything remotely fancy on a website HTML just dosent go far enough.
