IIS 7 - Where is it?

I just received my first PC with Windows Vista (Home). I cannot find the IIS Manager anywhere. I have searched google and microsoft for the last 2 hours and I have found plenty of sites that help me install it, but nothing shows me how to manager IIS.

Thanks for your help.

The short time I had it installed I opened up the manager by going to a run prompt and typing inetmgr.
