Personal web server - how to pause
Is there a way to get Microsoft's Personal Web server to be paused on boot - I don't want it running except when I am developing applications and I certainly dont want anyone logging on from the net when I'm surfing. What can i do to minimise the risk, apart from remembering to pause it myself. Stopping it is not so good, as I then have to reboot the machine before I use UltraDev.
