what is the function of ISA firewall client that we install in our computer especially when we use internet through LAN?

I think noone is interested to answer my question. Can anyone pls answer my question?
Does it provide connection with proxy server, or does it allow you to connect with those websites that cannot be accessed through proxy server? I hope my question is clear Regards, |

So doesnot the ISA Firewall Client allows the users to access those websites that cannot be accessed through proxy server?
