Yesterday night they did change Freewwweb home page, with intructions how to stay with.
But I won't. Freewwweb became lately so annoying, don't think Juno gonna change something. Plus they will add banner if you don't want to pay.

I'm thinking to get Earthlink or Surfree.

Which one? any suggestions?

It's seems it going to be while before I'm going to have to pay. By that time, I'll just get DSL.....

I just got Surfree. It's $14.95 a month - $5 less than EL, and you can reduce that by voluntarily looking at their ad banner. They credit you 20 cents an hour, so if you use the banner for 75 hours a month, your service is essentially free. The service seems to be very solid. Note that most of their operation is outsourced. They use psi.net dialups (same as EL) and Navipath (same as several of the freebies). The e-mail is outsourced to Critical Path, and seems to be top notch. The Usenet server has the full Clari.net feed and has over 75000 newsgroups. I haven't figured out who this is outsourced to yet. They have 24/7 toll free outsourced tech support. The first 30 days is free, and they offer referral bonuses.

Earthlink has always been one of the most solid ISP's around and you can't go wrong there either. We used them for our business access for 4 years till we finally got DSL. They have become huge with all their acquisitions - Mindspring, Sprynet, Netcom, Sprint Passport, OneMain.....gotta wonder who is next. All their stuff is in house except for dialups outside Southern California. They use psi.net, Level3, UUnet, and the old Sprintnet and Mindspring terminals.

Both services work fine with standard Dialup Networking - you do not have to install any software unless you want to. I had my Surfree manually configured and up within 5 minutes after enrolling. It took a few hours before the mail server knew who I was though - and 3 days later I received a welcome E-mail from the CEO.
