error message
Hi Guys please help - I keep getting the message **Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience** everytime I access some site hotmail.com and ebay. how did I fix this?

Need a little more info. Is there anything else after 'inconvenience' like an error message?
