Some Downloads Going to Temp Internet Files Folder?

For some reason on many of my frequently visited websites my downloads are going straight into the Temporary Internet Files folder instead of letting me choose where to download them too.

Right now I am using IE7, all up to date and have never had this problem before. What is going on? This has never happened and these websites have not changed anything. All sort of anti-spyware programs have been run and found nothing, as well as my anti-virus. So I dont believe I have any spyware or could I?

Well almost! I got into check mark that option and noticed that it had a command set to Open those specific files upon download. I simply removed it. Thanks a lot!
