Ristrict to delete History

I want to ristrict the deletation of History. Because I want to keep watch that which site is visited by my children. But they are very smart they delete the History So I cant keep watch on thier surffing. If I got control over the deletation of IE history file then I can do it. can I got any key to hold command on the history.. can I retrive history which was deleted by smart kids??

If you've got XP Pro or Win2k Pro .. start up the group policy editor..
START > RUN > gpedit.msc
Go to Local Computer Policy > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Internet Explorer

Double click on Turn off "Delete Browsing History" functionality and change it to Enabled
Double click on Disable Configuring History and change it to Enabled
There are a number of other features on there that you can take a look at that will allow you to have more control over the IE users on your computer.

Keep in mind that this isn't a perfect solution and there are more s/w and tools out there that allow users to hide their browsing history than there are to lock it down, so you will have to still use your discretion.
