make downloading easier?
Seems downloading files from reliable sources is more difficult than ever. Do I need to make adjustments with my PC setup ( EZTrust firewall & other security via RoadRunner), even if it is temporary? For example: tried to download & save latest iTunes. Download would start then just hang. I needed to cancel and restart about a dozen times to get whole file. Doesn't matter if I use IE7, Foxfire or Netscape.

Have you tried disabling the firewall?

GLC,
I was thinking along those lines, but the thought of an unprotected system bothers me. Think it would be OK for a short time? |

If you are behind a router, yes.
