Notes losing time!!!!!!!

HI
I am wondering if anyone can help.I help to administer a cluster of 6 domino
mail servers 4.6.3b running on NT 4.0
sp5 with 3 thousand users,my problem is
that one of the servers is losing one min an hour while the NT time on that
server remains constant.I have to manually change the time every morning
because it loses 30mins in 24hrs.I have observed it for weeks and it loses the same amount of time when it is busy or not busy.All the servers in the cluster are identical and new so hardware and workload issues are out of the question.I have asked around and checked every knowledge base known to man,Please can anybody help?
