Connection time out issues

I have a site I am trying to access but keep getting connection timed out so I did a tracert and ping. If I can get some help on how to solve this problem.

This is the only site it is happening for.

If you are having problem accessing this website only, then there is something wrong with that site. Either the Website is not available or the WebServer is down for maintenance purposes.

Can you access this same website from other Computers having internet connection?

It could be accessed from another computer and at least one more person that tried in another part of the world.

Eventually I was able to access it.
