How to Hookup Multiple Routers fro new ips?

HI- A question for someone.. we have 9 Children, we have 10 pcs in house. They are constantly complaining one got thrown off club penguin for causing a disturbance, so all others cannot get on, because of same ip address. We have both Verizon DSL + Comcast Cable. I thought if I went out and bought 10 Linksys Routers, we would have 10 different ip addresses, so noone is constantly fighting and arguing.. Now the hard part.. What else do I have to buy and how to go about hooking these up? Many Thanks, Lisa )

Lisa, I removed your other posts because you have this one already. It's easier for everyone to follow along with your new thread. Thanks.

You would need 10 modems and 10 Internet accounts to get 10 IP's on residential plans. It would be cheaper to get a T1 line from Verizon run in with 10 IP's. This is business service and will run you about $400 a month.
