Choppy scrolling in IE 7 in Vista

Does anybody have choppy scrolling in IE7 in Vista? Many websites are very choppy when I attempt to scroll through them, especially espn.com.

Anybody know why?

First off, are you sure that it's a problem only with IE7? Secondly, have you installed recent and stable graphics drivers to your system?

Yes and yes. It does it with Firefox as well, but to a lesser degree.

It turned out to be the scroll setting on my mouse. It was turned down really low, so everything was choppy. I turned it up and everything now mostly w=orks like it normally would. ESPN.com is still kind of funky though.
