i need some help with real arcade (probably in the wrong section)

i won a game on mcdonalds online. im trying to download real arcade, but when its almost done, i get a pop up screen that says

realarcade has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.
if you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.
Please tell Microsfot about this problem.
we have created an error report that you can send to us. we will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.
to see what data this error report contains, click here.

then it has two buttons to click, either send error report or dont send.

ive sent the error report about a million and one times, and still nothing. this damn screen keeps popping up. what do i do???
