add-ons problems w/ ie7 & security with Safari

So there I am, buying some tickets through Ticketmaster while browsing via IE7 (for those who haven't--you only have a few minutes to complete the purchase before the held tickets are released). I locate some tickets and try to view the auditorium to check out the seat locations. I get a message that the add-on for viewing PDF not functioning. By the time I try to fix via manage add-ons, time has run out. I switch to Safari. Now I can see the PDF to locate the seats, but Safari won't let past the security window when you have to type in that squiggled message you can't read most of the time. Eventually I use both IE7 & Safari together to complete the purchase. Now I try to solve the problem. There is nothing with Adobe's name attached that is not already enabled. I have no clue what other add-on I made need. Don't even know where to begin with the security issue & Safari. Just another step or 2 down the road to buying a MAC!!

glc,
Ther you go!!! An easy fix. I recently added Acrobat Pro v8, perhaps this did something that affected reader v8. Thanks for your help!
