internet Explorer

Whenever i go online throgh aol and go to a website after about 5 min i get an illegal opperation error. Everything works fine in just aol things. Also if i go to a websote directly through iexplorer it says illeagal opperation. What does this mean

every website
it says something like iexplore has caused an error in mshtml.dll. But that will vary with different .dll's

What version of AOL? Also which version of Windows are you running?

...don't know what version of IE you're runn'in but, I would try the latest version or maybe the repair option that you'll find in the control panel under add/remove programs when you go to uninstal IE. AOL has always had buggy software that is notorious for clashing with IE. Perhaps this will overwrite a possible corrupt dll. Could always try to reinstal the AOL, but I would try the above first.

i switched processers today because i remember that a few days before i had dropped mine in made it bounce 3 times off tile. It seems to be working fine now thanks for the help

Even if AOL isnt the cause of the problem GET RID OF IT.
