Windows Mail Problems
Im using Vista and Windows Mail software for my email. And Im recieving email but my outgoing is not sending all emails. Some go through some dont. They are jsut setting in the outbox and not sending. Any ideas on whats happening?

First call your (ISP) and make sure that your outgoing server is set to what they say it needs to be on , Once you make a change in any way restart the system. I just went thur the same thing.

And not just the server name .. you need to double check the port that's open for use. To combat spam, some ISPs have switched the ports to something non-standard.

Cool thanks guys. Just called my ISP and got it straight. Now Im having problems with the contacts. I have contacts listed and some times when I go to send that contact mail it wont auto add the email address. Some times it will some times it wont. Also when I click on a contact email address from a website I get a error post that states my default mail client is not set. Also when I go to file send link by email it it grayed out and I cant click on it?
