No more Netscape

Just read an article on Yahoo that AOL was pulling the plug on Netscape in Feb.

Doesn't really bother me. Firefox and Opera are much better in my opinion.

One interesting thing I've noticed about Netscape where I work is that it's the primary alternative to IE. It must be an age thing as most are older who work there.

Don't know if it's an age thing, but Netscape was dang good before AOL screwed it up... or maybe age in getting online. Heck, I use to have to pay for it!! I still have 4.7 on my system, but use Firefox 98% of the time.

I use FF 99% of time also but had Netscape loaded on my other desktop, guess it's time to free a little hd space.

Ya, if it's AOL's version, it's time... I tried once and it was off my system in a day.
