Unable to view videos on NFL.com

Hey guys,

I'm helping out with some computer problems, and a new one came up. A friend of mine watches NFL videos from NFL.com on a regular basis, but recently they have stopped working. He gets a shaded grey background, and the page stops loading. No error messages, nothing to indicate that something has gone wrong other than a lack of video or sound.

Did the usual stuff...cleaned the PC, virus scan, spyware scan...no popup blockers enabled (and NFL.com is on the exceptions list). Any ideas?

Thanks guys.

UPDATE: Now they work sporadically. Sometimes they play normal speed, other times there are lots of pauses, other times not at all.

/is still confused.

Have you tried to see if you can get those videos to play on your computer?

Might be the website.
