Google bot posting reviews on my site?

I have been getting multiple product ratings on my web store from IPs that appear to be google bots or google related. The IPs begin with 66.249. All of the full length IPs i've looked into are from google. They rate only a couple products on my site with 1 to 3 stars out of 5, but 90% of the ratings are made for one in particular. Do these IPs represent google bots or google employees?

It could be a googlebot just doing what googlebots do...just following a link.

To post a rating you have to manually select a rating from a drop down box then click the submit link. The default for the drop down box has no rating. Is it still possible for a google bot to scroll this box, select a random rating and continue through? If that's the case, it seems strange that it is limited mainly to one product.

I had a similar problem like that with my on line yard sale I used to run but luckily there was a mod for my site that made people enter a code before they could do anything else and that stopped the bots in there tracks from posting.
